JSSC Para Teacher Recruitment 2026 Date
According to the brochure, online registration and information entry were scheduled from 31 July 2026 to 30 August 2026, up to midnight. The examination fee could be paid up to 1 September 2026, while photo/signature uploading and application printout were allowed up to 3 September 2026. JSSC Teacher Vacancy 2026 Eligibility
For Classes 1–5 posts, candidates need the prescribed Intermediate qualification along with the required teacher-training qualification and eligibility-test requirements. For Classes 6–8, candidates require the prescribed graduation/subject-specific qualification along with B.Ed., D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed. or other accepted training qualifications, depending on the post. The notification also specifies Jharkhand TET/other TET conditions for relevant posts.
The required educational qualification must be completed by the last date of online application. Relaxation in minimum qualifying marks is provided for specified reserved and PwD categories as per the notification.
Salary
The prescribed pay scales are:

Application Fee
The examination fee is ₹100 for general candidates. Jharkhand SC/ST candidates are required to pay ₹50. The fee is non-refundable. Candidates with 40% or more disability are also eligible for the applicable fee exemption mentioned in the brochure.

Selection Process
The selection process is based on a single-stage Main Examination. The exam is objective and multiple-choice based, with no negative marking. Merit is prepared on the basis of normalized marks wherever applicable, followed by document/eligibility verification.
Exam Pattern
For Intermediate Trained Assistant Teacher, the Main Exam has 3 papers with a total of 300 marks, while the Graduate Trained Assistant Teacher examination has 4 papers and the subject paper carries 180 marks. The qualifying language paper requires at least 30% marks and its marks are not added to the merit list.
